Victor brings years of hands-on culinary experience to the kitchen, pairing creativity with the discipline he has built throughout his cooking career to make each loaf, pastry, and dessert with unique flavors and care. Alyssa supports the bakery with a professional background in entrepreneurship coaching, specifically in exit strategies. The skills she uses every day — strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and business planning — shape how we operate, grow, and plan for the future of our family-run business.

Together, we balance the beautiful chaos of entrepreneurship and parenthood while raising our three wonderful children: Eli, our curious and thoughtful oldest son; Lyla, our spirited and imaginative little girl; and Miles, our sweet baby who fills our days with smiles.
